Accessibility at KEPT

Last updated: September 5, 2026

Our commitment

This page is not a statement of full WCAG conformance. Automated checks do not replace testing with assistive technologies; public pages, legacy films and the authenticated product require separate verification.

KEPT is committed to making its website and product usable by people with disabilities. We are working toward conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continuously improving keyboard access, focus behavior, labels, contrast, motion preferences, and screen-reader support.

What we do today

  • Ongoing checks of keyboard access and visible focus on public pages and product controls.
  • Semantic structure, persistent form labels and announced status messages on the revised public journeys.
  • Light and dark themes built from shared color tokens.
  • The reduced-motion preference honored for animation and ambient effects where it matters most, with coverage still expanding.

Known limitations and alternatives

The public product walkthrough is text-only. It has keyboard controls, a read-all-steps option and a static explanation when scripts are unavailable. It needs no account, microphone or hearing. It is a synthetic prototype, not an alternative way to conduct a live product interview.

A capture session is a live voice conversation, so it depends on speaking and hearing. Each session produces a transcript, and the knowledge KEPT keeps is readable and searchable as text, but a fully non-audio way to run a capture session does not exist yet. If a voice session is a barrier for you or your team, contact us and we will work out an alternative path for contributing knowledge.

Tell us about a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, contact support@kept.solutions and tell us the page, feature, assistive technology, and problem you experienced. We will work with you to provide access and address the issue.
