Subprocessors
The providers that help run KEPT.
KEPT uses a limited set of service providers to host the platform, process voice and AI requests, store information, manage billing, and communicate with users. The exact provider used may depend on the product feature and selected model.

Change notice
Business customers may subscribe to subprocessor updates by emailing support@kept.solutions. We will provide notice before a new subprocessor begins processing customer content where required by the applicable agreement.
Change log
Every addition to and removal from the table above, with its date. This log and the subscriber list are together how the advance notice promised in the Data Processing Addendum, section 6.2, is given.
- August 29, 2026: PostHog added, for product analytics on the marketing site and in the product. Session replay is configured and switched off. Recorded in Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum, version 1.2.
- August 24, 2026: Sentry added, for application error monitoring. Recorded in Annex III of the Data Processing Addendum, version 1.1.
