Capture expertise without turning people into scores.
KEPT is built to preserve and use human knowledge. It is not built to monitor, rank, diagnose, or replace the judgment owed to the person.
Commitments
No covert capture
KEPT is designed for disclosed, consented voice sessions.
No employment scoring
KEPT does not provide employers with employee productivity scores, rankings, psychological profiles, or recommendations about hiring, firing, compensation, promotion, or discipline. One bounded signal exists and is disclosed everywhere it appears: a red, amber, or green band for how much a person has contributed, counted from their captured knowledge. The band is never a number, never a comparison between people, and never a judgment of quality, and using it for performance management is a misuse of the Service under the Terms.
No biometric identification
KEPT does not use a participant's voice to identify them or create a voiceprint.
Internal signals stay internal
The interview system uses private signals to decide what to ask and where knowledge remains incomplete. These signals are not exposed to an employer as an assessment of the person. These signals can include where knowledge appears incomplete, communication patterns, and interaction signals such as pace or energy. The Privacy Notice describes them in full.
Evidence over unsupported certainty
KEPT is designed to connect knowledge and answers to supporting statements or source material. When the evidence is insufficient, the system should say so.
Human review remains necessary
Kept is designed to ground answers about your work in available sources and say when it does not know. AI can still make mistakes. Inspect the sources and review important answers before relying on them.
Partner control
Participants can access, correct, and retract their own record on every plan. Deletion follows the plan: on a personal plan it is self-service; in a business workspace, where captured work product belongs to the workspace, deletion of that work product is a request the workspace decides, and the request may remain open until approved or withdrawn, unless the workspace's jurisdiction grants a legal erasure right that runs on a clock. The Privacy Policy carries the full mechanics.
Prohibited uses
KEPT may not be used for covert surveillance, employee ranking, consequential employment decisions, biometric identification, credential collection, or unlawful discrimination.
