Delete your account

What deletion does on your plan, and the 30 days before it is permanent.

Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately and deletes your account.

On a personal kept, everything you captured goes with it. It stays recoverable for 30 days: sign back in within that window and everything comes back. After 30 days it is erased and cannot be recovered.

If you are in a business workspace, deleting your account ends your access, but the knowledge you captured for the workspace belongs to the workspace and does not leave with you. To ask for it to be erased, use a deletion request: see Ask for deletion in a business workspace.

kept offers you an export on the way out. Take it before the recovery window ends, because after that there is nothing left to export.
