KEPT Data Processing Addendum
The KEPT Data Processing Addendum governs our processing of personal information on behalf of business customers. It includes our processor commitments, security measures, subprocessor terms, deletion obligations, and applicable transfer terms.
When the DPA applies
The DPA applies when KEPT processes personal information on behalf of a business customer, such as a business workspace or an enterprise agreement, where the customer decides why and how that information is used. It does not replace the Privacy Notice, which explains KEPT's own practices for individual users and website visitors.
Get the DPA
The current DPA (version 1.3) is available to business customers by email request, returned with electronic signature instructions. Version 1.3 amends Annex III, the subprocessor list, and the section 14 notice address, and nothing else.
